I really enjoyed the hotel's location across from the park. It was very convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. i also appreciated the shower. It was decent enough after a long day.
i noticed a rip in the net curtain in my bedroom. this was a small detail, but it did detract from the overall appearance of the room.

the hotel faces sefton park lake the location was great i was able to easily access the park the rooms were super clean the breakfast was also fantastic we have already booked for another event
the hotel did not have an elevator i had to carry my luggage up the stairs

The staff greeted me with a warm welcome. Julie and Joan were especially helpful. Breakfast offered nice flexible options.
